1. Agreement. By using this website or placing an order with CLNK (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products, pricing, and proofs. We sell custom-engraved metal cards, personalized goods, and jewelry. Prices and availability may change without notice. For personalized items, you receive a free digital proof and nothing is engraved until you approve it; approving the proof authorizes production.
3. Orders, acceptance, and cancellation. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, or limit quantities. You may cancel a personalized order only before you approve the proof; once you approve the proof and production begins, the order is final (see Refund Policy).
4. Custom designs and intellectual property. You are responsible for ensuring any name, text, image, or artwork you submit does not infringe anyone’s rights, and you grant us permission to use it to produce your order. Our site content, designs, and the CLNK name and marks are our property and may not be used without permission.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability. The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify CLNK against claims arising from content you submit or your misuse of the site.
7. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
8. Text messaging. When you provide your mobile number — for example by booking an appointment, requesting a quote or proof, or texting our business line at (848) 200-2088 — you consent to receive transactional and customer-care text messages from CLNK (appointment and pickup confirmations, order and proof updates, and replies to your questions). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
