Refund policy
Custom and personalized items are final sale. Because every engraved card and personalized piece is made to order specifically for you, custom, personalized, or engraved items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun — except where the item arrives defective or differs from the digital proof you approved (see “Our mistakes,” below). You approve a free digital proof before anything is engraved.
Non-personalized items. Ready-made jewelry and other non-personalized products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us before shipping anything back. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Our mistakes and defects. If we engraved something different from the proof you approved, or the item arrives damaged or defective, we will remake it or refund it at no cost to you. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo.
Sale / “as-is” items are final sale unless they arrive defective. Refunds without proof of purchase are not provided.
