Shipping policy
Processing time. Ready-made items usually ship within 1–3 business days. Custom-engraved items are made to order; engraving typically takes 3–7 business days after you approve your digital proof, then we ship. Busy seasons may add time — we’ll tell you if so.
Local pickup (free). You can pick up and watch your card engraved in person at the Eichler’s Judaica booth (13th Ave & 50th St, Brooklyn) or at 695 Cross St, Lakewood NJ. Choose pickup at checkout; we’ll notify you when it’s ready.
Methods, rates, and delivery. We ship within the United States via standard carriers. Rates and estimated delivery are shown at checkout based on your address and the method you choose. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and exclude processing time.
Lost or damaged shipments. If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows a problem, contact us within 7 days at (848) 257-9107 and we’ll help resolve it with the carrier and make it right.
Mail-in card service. If you mail a physical card to us for engraving, please see the full Mail-In Card Service Terms. In short: you are responsible for safely packaging and insuring the item you send to us; we insure the return shipment back to you; and because the finished item is personalized, it is final sale once you approve the proof.
